our story
Founded in 2019 by Sara Miller ‘22 and Alex Kaplan ‘21, Coffee Club is Princeton University’s premier student-run coffee shop. With the goal of being the most inclusive space on campus, our lovely baristas strive to serve incredible coffee while fostering a welcoming atmosphere for students, faculty, staff, and campus visitors. Whether you’re hanging out with friends, working on a PSET, meeting a professor, or craving some live music by talented students, Coffee Club is the best spot to hang out on campus! What started as a haphazard pop-up shop just six years ago is now a bustling business with a staff of 90+ baristas! We can’t wait to see you around the shops!
